As I wrote in yesterday's post, I am completely obsessed with the deep hues found in ombré and tie dye clothing. Today, I'm sharing the second piece I spotted as I was leaving Macy's last week. What I expected to be a quick perfume run turned out to be a discovery of brands I didn't know of before. I immediately fell for this different take of a striped blouse and other blue infused garments (including yesterday's fringe cardigan) immediately! I think I especially loved the fact that they're part of a more underrated clothing brand that maybe not every girl would own. If you know me you know that I loose interest in a piece as soon as I see it on a million and one girls. I like finding pieces that are original and not so over worn.
This same need of finding unique and original pieces is present in my choices in jewelry. When About Pretty Things approached me with their collection I just knew that I had to have some of their pieces. These delicate stone necklaces are simply the best. The stones and gold chains are even much more stunning in person. I haven't been able to find an outfit that they don't compliment. I love the color blue, so when I can add it as a pop of color to an outfit, I do.
